pea mint and cucumber tea sandwiches
recipe inspired by mark bittman
1 english cucumber
1 cup peas
1 teaspoon olive oil
1 avocado
zest and juice of 1 lime
1/8 cup finely chopped fresh mint
salt
pepper
Slice up the cucumber as thin as you can or want.
Roughly mash the rest of the ingredients with a potato masher or a food processor.
Make sandwiches.

1 concombre anglais
1 tasse de pois verts
1 c. thé d’huile d’olive
1 avocat
zeste et jus d’une lime
1/8 tasse de menthe finement ciselée
sel
poivre
Trancher le concombre.
Réduire en purée grossière le reste des ingrédients à l’aide d’un pile-patate ou d’un robot.
Faire des sandwichs.
